Audit Trail
If enabled the audit trail system will record every change in the database. So every
addition, edit, deletion will be logged with who changed what and the date and time.
This does have a slight penalty in speed of operations as a lot more databse activity has
to go on and the trial system is supplied with this functionality disabled. It is possible to
only audit specific operations of the purchase order system which has less impact.
